Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control measures have been
installed in accordance with the approved plan at the project site of:
Peterson Station
located at Sunset Lake Road and Stephenson Road. and in accordance with the provisions of
Environmental Development Permit No. 17-2022. Verification of the above facts has been
ascertained by Jeff Peters, Engineering Technician, through means of an on -site inspection, and
receipts of records on 1/4/2023.
With this compliance, the project is now released for any required Building or Land Use Permits
with the understanding that final stabilization or cover of the remaining denuded portions of the
site will occur within the time limits as prescribed by the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control
Ordinance of the Town of Holly Springs. If not, the applicant will be subject to appropriate legal
action by the Town of Holly Springs to the limits prescribed by Ordinance.
