Division of Water Resources' Central and Regional staff has reviewed the application package received
June 30, 2022, and additional information response dated November 14, 2022. However, additional information
is required before the review may be completed. Please address the following item no later than the close of
business on February 13, 2023.
➢ The response received November 14, 2022 did not include the setback waivers that were noted in
Attachment L of the application and requested in Item E.1. of the additional information request. Please
provide any setback waivers for this facility.
Please be aware that you are responsible for meeting all requirements set forth in North Carolina rules
and regulations. Any oversights that occurred in the review of the subject application package are still the
Applicant's responsibility. Please note that if no comments are received by the expiration date of this letter, the
permit will be issued without applicant input.
