corporation ("Grantee"), with a mailing address of 210 Harold Hart Road, Siler City, North Carolina
27344.
WITNESSETH
To ensure that the separate juridic persons of Luis Rafael Zarama, Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese
of Raleigh, North Carolina (the "Diocese"), and Saint Julia Catholic Parish of Siler City and any other
entities affiliated with Saint Julia Catholic Parish of Siler City (collectively referred to herein as the
"Parish"), under the Code of Canon Law of the Roman Catholic Church, are more clearly reflected in
their civil law organizational structures, the Parish has separately incorporated as Saint Julia Catholic
Parish. of Siler City, a North Carolina nonprofit corporation (the "Corporations"), under the laws of the
State of North Carolina.
Pursuant to said described separate incorporation, the Diocese is transferring the real properly herein
below to the Corporation as a part of the separation between the Diocese and the Parish, whereby the
.Diocese and Parish becorne two separate entities under the laws of the State of North Carolina.

For and in consideration of $10.00 cash in hand paid by Grantee to Grantor, and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Grantor has and by these
presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto Grantee in fee simple, all those certain lots or parcels of
land situated in Chatham County, North Carolina, which lots or parcels of land are more particularly
described as follows:
See Exhibit A attached.
The property described was acquired by Grantor's predecessors in office by deeds recorded in Book 1959,
Page 1051 and Book 806, Page 822, Chatham County Registry. (See Affidavit of Succession recorded in
Book 1945, Page 1049, Chatham County Registry).
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lots or parcels of land and all privileges and appurtenances
thereto belonging to Grantee in fee simple.
And the Grantor covenants with the Grantee, that Grantor has done nothing to impair such title as Grantor
received, and Grantor will warrant and defend the title against the lawful claims of all persons claiming
by, under or through Grantor, other than easements and restrictive covenants of record.
The designation "Grantor", and "Grantee" as used herein shall include said named parties and their
respective heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, and shall include the singular, plural,
masculine, feminine or neuter as required by context.

Carolina, Chatham County, Hickory Mt. Twp., dated May 10, 2017 surveyed by Rufus L.
