Re: Fairfield Sapphire WWTP
NPDES NC0022985
Dear Mr. Belnick,
JAN 5 2009
We are in receipt of your 12/10/08 cover letter and new permit. We have noted an error that
needs to be corrected. The permittee is now incorrectly shown as Carolina Water Service Inc. of NC.
The permittee for this facility is and has been CWS Systems, Inc. The draft permit showed this correctly
but it has been changed for some reason. Both entities are related "sister" companies but the correct
legal permittee should be shown. We would appreciate if you would make these corrections in all
applicable locations and issue a revised permit.
If I can answer any questions in this matter, please call me at 704-525-7990 x-216, Thank you in
advance for your attention and assistance in this matter.
