Greenhome & O'Mara, Inc. (G&O) respectfully submits this Stormwater Management Permit application
package for the above referenced project located at Fort Bragg. This application proposes to construct a SOF C4
Facility located in the Northeast section of the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) compound
between Shughart Way to the west and the train tracks that serve Pope Air Force Base to the east. The
undeveloped site is situated between Pope Air Force Base Building Number 138 to the north and JSOC
Building Number 3-1650 to the south. The scope of work includes civil sitework, construction of underground
infiltration trenches, Vortech chambers in concrete vaults and site utilities design along with minor demolition of
the existing site and utilities to support the construction of the new SOF C4 Facility. The project site is located on
a mostly undeveloped grassed 2.49 acres with some existing impervious areas and a few small areas of existing
woods. All the properties surrounding the project are owned by Fort Bragg. Flow from the project site ultimately
flows into Tank Creek which is approximately 0.5 mile away.
We are requesting a Stormwater Management Permit for the entire project. Enclosed please find the following:
1. Original and one (1) copy of the Stormwater Management Permit Application
2. One (1) check in the amount of $505.00 for the application fee
3. One (1) copy of Stormwater Management Documentation including Stormwater Management Project
Narrative, USGS Quad Map, Infiltration Trench Supplement Form
4. Two (2) copies of Construction drawings (sheets G-001, G-002, G-005, G-006, CD101, CS101, CG101
thru CG106, C-501, C-505, C-506, C-517, C-518 & C-519)
5. One (1) copy of Geotech Report prepared by the Savannah District Corps of Engineers
