My client, ATI Allvac Monroe Plant is part of TDY Industries, LLC. TDY Industries, LLC is
making an internal change through the process of changing their articles of incorporation in order
to organize all their companies and facilities under a common legal entity and name. The resultant
name of the referenced facility will now be ATI Specialty Materials,LLC(ATI).ATI is requesting
that you update your records as they relate to the current referenced permit to reflect this name
change. Please find a completed New-Owner-Change-Form enclosed reflecting this change.

To better reflect ATI Inc.'s integrated solutions strategy and the products manufactured by each of
ATI's business units, TDY Industries, LLC(the"Company")will be undergoing an internal restructuring
transaction pursuant to which there will be transfer of assets and obligations from the Company to ATI
Specialty Materials, LLC,an affiliate of the Company(the"Transaction").This restructuring will change
the legal entity structure for our business but will not otherwise impact the business operations or
permits.
In connection with the Transaction, the Company hereby requests a transfer of National Pollutant
Discharge EIimination System permit#NC0045993,as a result of the Transaction,effective and contingent
upon the closing of the Transaction,on January 2, 2023.
