- Nothing notable from MY1
- Average plot density of 435 stems/acre
- Plots 3 and 10 have under 260 Stems/Acre (3=243 and 10=81)
- Several plots have a high number of Loblolly Pine and Sweet Gum Volunteers, they are confident that they will
not outcompete planted species though and will continue monitoring closely.
o 40 loblolly pine in plot 4, 30 sweet gums in plot 9, and 45 sweet gums in plot 13. 132 total sweet gum
volunteers on site.
- Supplemental planting took place in February 2022, 3000 stems over 5.4 acres. DWR was not informed and
there was no mention of adaptive management in MY1
- 8.1 acres of proposed supplemental planting this winter to address under performing areas, all tree species look
good.
- No vigor data
- Where did they replant? Can't find it on map. Clarify where replanting took place, cannot be determined by
looking at map.
- Where will adaptive management take place? Just says along various tributaries and it is not indicated in the
map.
