Inspection Summary:
The exposure checklist incorrectly indicates "No" for spills and leaks and there are spills from the oil and grease drums
located in teh shed that is being tracked through the lot
The line for materials exposed during loading and unloading is checked "No" and there is trash residue from loading and
unloading strewn across the loading area
Waste materials in non leaking containers is chcked "NO" and the oil and grease drums have obvious leaks
For those reasons an industrial stormwater permit is required for this facility and the no expsure is denied.
