By copy of this correspondence, DWR approves the monitoring report for Year 2 of the Catfish Pond II Nutrient Offset
and Buffer Mitigation Bank. Please note, that vigor data was not included in the Year 2 report which is required. Please
make sure this data is included in subsequent monitoring reports. Please provide confirmation of bond renewal through
next year's monitoring period. Once DWR receives your bond renewal, we can proceed issuing the credit release for this
task.

DWR authorizes a 20% reduction in the current bond amount.
