Hi Ryan — I am reviewing the 401 WQ certification and the buffer authorization for TIP U-5850 and need some
clarification.
The table on page 1 of the buffer authorization is not completely populated and I want to make sure that the correct
amount of buffer mitigation is provided for this project. Based on my information from DOT, the impacts to zone 1 were
6,339 square feet which requires 19,017 buffer credits and impacts to zone 2 were 68 square feet requiring 102 buffer
credits for a total of 19,119 buffer mitigation credits.
Please let me know if this information is correct.
