Everything looks good except for a few small issues: Please correct the following: Please provide calculations showing that the stormwater outlet into the existing wet pond is adequately designed to prevent erosion (This item is required per General MDC 4). Supplement-EZ Form (If the below is unclear, we can set up a Teams meeting sometime next week to discuss): o Cover Page: ■ Line 13 —This item is not needed since the off -site wet pond is a part of Permit No. SW6100804 (you are not adding a new SCM via this permit, you are just utilizing an existing SCM that has already been reviewed/approved). o Drainage Area Page: ■ Entire Site Column — Please complete the entire site column. The information in this column should be based on the 7.5 ac project area (For example, Lines 5 & 6 would be equal to the 7.5 ac project area and line 8 would have the total amount of BUA that is being added to the 7.5 ac project area, etc...). ■ Drainage Area 1 Column —The Drainage Area 1 Column should be an accounting of everything on the 7.5 acre site that drains to the off -site SCM not the entire drainage area to the already permitted wet pond (we already have the drainage area information for that wet pond). For this project, Drainage Area 1 would be the drainage area of the pipe network that drains to the off - site SCM. o Off -Site SCM Page: ■ Lines 4 & 5 — Since we are going to be re -issuing the recent Minor Modification for permit SW6100804 (see note below), you can indicate "Mini Storage" for Line 4 and "258,531 sf" for Line 5. ■ Line 8 —This item is required per the permitting conditions of SW6100804 (Section 11, 15 of the Attached permit). If the deed restrictions for this project area were not recorded prior to the sale of the property, you can leave this item as "No", but there will be a condition added to the permit indicating that the deed restriction will need be recorded by the current property owner. ■ Line 9 —This item is required per the permitting conditions of SW6100804 (Section 11, 9 of the Attached permit). If the project associated with SW6100804 has not yet been completed, you can leave this item as "No" and indicate this in the additional information section (Line 13). ■ Line 11—This item is required per the permitting conditions of SW6100804 (Section 11, 11 of the Attached permit). If the project associated with SW6100804 has not yet been completed, you can leave this item as "No" and indicate this in the additional information section (Line 13). o Wet Pond Page: This page is not needed since the pond design information is already provided as part of Permit No. SW6100804. NOTE: We will be sending out a correction to the Minor Modification for SW6100804 that we issued on 6/3/2022 clarifying the BUA allocations in the permit for the different outparcels and updating some permitting language (this will be beneficial for when the other outparcel and/or the residential tract go to apply for their own off -site permit). Please provide the following: - 1x hard copy & 1x electronic copy of the outlet protection calculations. - 1x hard copy & 1x electronic copy of the revised pages of the Supplement-EZ Form. - 1x hard copy (2x hard copies of plan sheets) & 1x electronic copy of anything else needed to address the above comments. Hard copies should be mailed to me at the following address: For Fed Ex/UPS: Jim Farkas 512 N. Salisbury Street, Office 640M Raleigh, NC 27604 For USPS: Jim Farkas 1612 Mail Service Center Raleigh, NC 27699-1612 Hand Delivery: Please reach out to me prior to hand delivering a submission to make sure that I (or someone else in my group) will be able to receive the submission. Do not leave the package in the foyer with the security guard. NOTE: Hard copies should not be sent to a Regional Office. Doing so will delay the review process and the submission package may be lost while being sent from the Regional Office to me in the Central Office. Electronic copies should be uploaded at the following location: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW-Supplemental-Upload Since these are really minor things, once I get the hard copies, anything else that may have changed from addressing these issues, and the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche (Provided everything is still in order), we can issue the permit without doing another formal review. Let me know if you have any questions.
