Actually the surveyor missed the stairs on the east side of the deck, so he's going to go back, and include these along with account for the pre-existing impervious area (concrete slab), Also, waiting on owner to decide on the payment v. planting, and how they intend to access the sliding doors on the west side of the new addition, probably need at least a couple flight of stairs. I'll be in touch, but hope to have the draft application in still today or, later, this week, depending on the surveyor.. Jennifer & Anthony, DARAR - l'd like to keep this one on the January WQC meeting date if we can. I Understand it's been bumped up a week to Jarwary'7th and that You need the variarice request by mid-November, HI do everything on my end possible to provide you the package by the end of next week or first of the foHowing week (14tr'or 17tr). I just received the revised Survey plat last week. See attached. I believe that at least a portion of the "addition and deck" shown on this survey had at least some previously existing structure on it, but they haven't been able to clearly depict any. So, my intention is to proceed with a variance for just the "addition and deck". Let me know you thoughts on that and if you're ok with that approach. I still need to confirm with Mrs. Darar that she doesn't need some type of stoop or deck on the northwest side of the addition, because she's showing sliding doors there. She may be able to put some simple steps down to the existing concrete slab, but YOU may see a slight change or addition here. Please let Us know what level of stormwater management YOU would like to see. At this point, they have none shown, and l need to know if that's ok, or if we need to direct the gutters to discharge Outside of the buffer, or install a rain garden/bioretention area, or if you have any other ideas. l'rn not SUre the soils are adequate for inf0tration, l suspect it's a mixture of sand, clay, fill/debris, At this point, we're thinking of Just paying into EEP -for the buffer mitigation, but she rnay be willing to do some plantings /restoration on site, we still need to work that out. Hl schedule a meeting with her next week to try to finaHze these items. It rnay help to come in and meet with you too Jennifer, Maybe the gqr, (:)r 21 or 24t"', to allow us to make any changes to the reqUest over Thanksgiving week to hopefully provide you a final product the week of December 1 st for your submittal on the 8tt'. Let rne know what you think,, (Jennifer Hl send YOU a follow tip email on the (..aura Duncan variance. i don't think we'H be ready to SUbrnit this month.)
