Please find attached the MY2 Credit Release letter for the RES Yadkin 01 Umbrella Mitigation Bank: Gideon Mitigation
Site (SAW-2017-01462). As requested, 10% credit is being released for satisfying the third release requirements pursuant
to the Mitigation Banking Instrument (UMBI) entitled, Agreement to Establish the RES Yadkin 01 Umbrella Mitigation
Bank, signed by USACE on November 25, 2019, and the Gideon Final Mitigation Plan, dated August 2019. In accordance
with the plan as adjusted by the As -Built Baseline Report, 291.13 stream mitigation units are now available for the
Gideon Mitigation Site.
Please note that your submittal did not include either the credit release schedule or an updated bank ledger, which are
essential for our prompt review of credit release requests. Please provide these documents at your earliest
convenience. Please contact Steve Kichefski if you have any questions regarding this email. This electronic copy is your
