e plant had a bypass on 11/5/22 that occurred due to a failure of the Master Control Panel data card that controls the effluent pump station. The bypass was fully treated effluent, and the estimated volume
is 800 gallons of which 100 - 200 reached surface waters of Foster's Creek. The Wilmington Regional office was notified of the situation and a subsequent reportwas sent in. The station was returned to full
rvice with no further incidents.
