Please find attached the MY2 Credit Release letter for the RES French Broad 05 Umbrella Mitigation Bank: Puncheon
Fork Mitigation Site (SAW-2018-00094). As requested, 10% credit is being released for satisfying the fourth release
requirements pursuant to the Mitigation Banking Instrument (UMBI) entitled, Agreement to Establish the RES Cape Fear
05 Umbrella Mitigation Bank, signed by USACE on May 30, 2019, the site -specific Puncheon Fork Final Mitigation Plan
dated May 22, 2020 and the final plan addendum received September 4, 2020. In accordance with the plan as adjusted
by the As -Built Baseline Report, 283.6 stream mitigation units and 0.098 wetland mitigation units are now available for
sale.
