We discussed the status of UT5, which I have some concern about maintaining a channel through the wetlands here based on the current condition of the stream. You indicated there was a stream farther up the valley offsite, but given the flatter area downstream, I still have concerns here. 2. A number of the steams started at seeps near the road crossings (I think this was discussed near the upper end of UT7), which to me means that these streams had headcuts that have now intercepted some ground discharge, so lifting them could disconnect them from this hydrology. This just reinforces the importance of documenting flow and channel formation where these systems are lifted.
