Description of projects area and activity: This verification authorizes the permanent discharge of fill material into 0.254 acre of riparian non-riverine wetlands and 176 linear feet (0.04 acre) of stream channel with 111 linear feet (0.02 acre) resulting in a loss of waters of the US. This verification also authorizes the temporary discharge of fill material into 48 linear feet (0.01 acre) of stream channel for dewatering activities. These impacts are necessary for the Pyewacket Subdivision development and associated infrastructure. This verification will remain valid until the expiration date identified below unless the nationwide and/or regional general permit authorization is modified, suspended or revoked. If, prior to the expiration date identified below, the nationwide and/or regional general permit authorization is reissued and/or modified, this verification will remain valid until the expiration date identified below, provided it complies with all requirements of the modified nationwide permit.
