These three projects are phases of the same overall project listed in order above — Phase 2 did not require
water impacts.
Roberto,
The 401 that was issued on December 19, 2022 for the final phase missed one wetland impact (W4). See the
attached documents that were sent to you and Chris on December 6, 2022. Are you able to revise the 401 to
include impact W4?
Chris,
Do you need anything else to issue the 404 for the Project Pietryk phase? The total wetland impacts for the
Project Pietryk phase is 0.165 acre of permanent impacts and 0.001 acre of temporary impact. The total
wetland impacts for the first phase were 0.1 acre of permanent impacts and 0.014 acre of temporary
impacts. We mitigated for DWR wetland impacts for Phase 1. We will need to mitigate for all wetland impacts
now. Summary: 0.265 acre of total permanent wetland impacts (0.53 mitigation credits) (we have already
purchased 0.1 credit — see attached DMS receipt). Please let me know what else you need for issuance of the
404.
