On November 26, 2014, this Office received an email correspondence from your consultant regarding
corrections to the "Major" Variance application that will need to be completed prior to the submittal
deadline of January 10, 2015. This Office would like to remind you that two previous submittal
deadlines have not been met. If the required information is not received on or before January 10, 2015,
this Office will proceed with a Notice of Violation with Recommendation for Enforcement. If you have
any questions or require any assistance in order to comply with this request, please feel, free to contact
