North Carolina; that the publication, a copy of which is [1849 White Lake Drive;White Lake,NC 21333 7]has requested renewal
of NPDES permit NCDC23353 forTown ofWhite LakeWWTP,located
attached hereto, was published in the said newspaper on in Bladen County.This permitted facility discharges 10096 domestic
wastewater to a UT to Colly Creek,a class C;Sw water in the Cape Fear
May 24, 2022 River Basin. Some of the parameters in the permit are water quality
limited.This discharge may affect future allocations in this segment of
Colly Creek.
That said newspaper was regularly issued and circulated
on thos dates.
