Violation, for a DMR reporting violation.

The ORC certified the DMR in August du: -ng the appropriate timeframe. The Supervisor of this facility
inadvertently missed the final "submituil" step. Final submillal was ,-ompleted on November 23rd by
supervisor Roger Tupps. We apologize for the error.
