Dear Ms Barham:
The project referenced above was finished with all the asphalt, piping, site work, and final landscaping
in the late Fa11 of2021. During the construction, all the devices were installed and maintaincd. There
was not any damage to any of the devices. no discharges. or violations on the site. The NC DOT was
involved with roadway construction with the widening of NC 125 and the new construction of Premier
Boulevard adjacent to this site. Their construction site was under a Sedimentation and Erosion Control
Permit and is downstream from the New Dixie # 216 site.Should there have been any discharges, they
would have been contained by contained by their devices. There were no discharges and the site for
New Dixie Mart 4216 was covered with stone as soon as possible and the construction traffic was
monitored carefully to avoid the bare earth. Representatives for the New Dixie Mart Contractor were
on the job site continuously as well as inspectors for the NCDOT project that was coordinated with the
two Contractors because often NC DOT was performing work on the New Dixie site related to their
roadway work.
The rainfall data recorded for the NCDOT project and the New Dixie project are the same data and is
available if needed. Please let us know if you need additional information. We have attached the NOT
for the NPDES Permit and ask that the perinits be terminated,
