I. Public Notice;Water Quality Certification for Kistler Farm Road; 20230010 Ver 1; Iredell County
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on December 30, 2022 Kistler Farm Property (PO Box 39, Cornelius, NC
28031) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR)for a 401 Individual Water Quality Certification,
pursuant to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500.The activity for which this
certification is sought regards Residential Subdivision.The DWR's proposed date of final action on the
application is February 04, 2023.
Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on
February 04, 2023. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form
here: <https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/401 Public Notice Comments>. Written comments may also be
mailed to: 401 Permitting, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1617.
