The project proposes 21,701 square feet of impacts (permanent and temporary) to Jordan Lake Buffers/Urban Transition Buffers (UTBs) associated with a UT to Bachelor Branch. Upon a thorough review and careful consideration, this request is approved since it meets the no practical alternatives criteria in the Town of Cary's Land Development Ordinance (LDO) Section 14.6.9. This approval is contingent upon you complying with the conditions and time frames shown below. The planting shall include a minimum of four native hardwood tree species or four native hardwood tree and native shrub species, where no one species is greater than 50 percent of stems.
