I did not realize that the wetland impact at W3 had increased slightly to provide the culvert connection to the
downstream receiving water. This impact was 0.036 acre in the original application however we need 0.043
acre of impact to have room to install the drop box and culvert. See the attached impact map set. I included
the impact numbers on pages 3-5. Are you able to revise the 401 to reflect this slight increase (0.007
acre)? The overall Corps wetland impacts for the project remain under mitigation thresholds for both DWR and
the Corps.
