Hi Gary & Holley I wanted to let you know that the applicant for Timber Farms has revised the Phase 1 site plan (multi -family section) and will be changing the location of some of the proposed ditch impacts. The total amount of impact remains the same. I will send you an updated site plan and impact tables shortly. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this causes. Gary- have you heard back from John regarding RCWs? Thanks! Impacts are proposed for .49 acres of jurisdictional open water ditches, no wetland impacts are proposed. They will be cutting trees to construct the subdivision. Location: HWY 17 & Longwood Road NW (NC 904) Ash, NC (33.957305, -78.519710) Based on the RCW Slopes agreement it appears that there may be suitable habitat for the RCW. The consultants did not see any roosting trees or birds while onsite. Are there any known clusters in or around this site? Thanks for your assistance with this project.
