Description of existing facilities: 10,000 gallon pump tank; two 80 GPM irrigation pumps; totalizing flowmeter;
continuous turbidimeter; 6,600 LF of 4-inch reclaimed water force main; approximately 540 LF of 3-inch force
main; approximately 1,480 LF of 2-inch force main laterals; 2.81 acre spray irrigation area with two fixed 10.6
GPM sprinkler nozzles; and all associated piping, valves, controls, and appurtenances.

V. ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS
At the time of inspection, there was no power to the control panel that turns on the irrigation system. I was not able to
see the irrigation run. The operator, Benjamin Lassiter, was unsure why the power was not working but hypothesized
that it might have been caused by a storm on 6/17/2022. He believes that the fuse might be disconnected. The operator
stated that they have never used the irrigation system besides turning it on for inspections. When walkingthe he dry
spray field, it seemed to be well maintained.
