Bethany,
I reviewed what I sent Suzanne, and those corrections are needed; however, I found that all our outfalls are not listed;
just the wastewater outfalls. Plus, I didn't include my name as having signatory authority. On our latest SWPPP revisions,
we have designated the wastewater outfalls as WDO-1 and the stormwater outfalls as SDO-1, etc and listed all the
coordinates. So I would like to make these changes and resend to you. I could probably get them done next week.
Attached is the signatory authorization letter.

I know it has been a long time, but I am following up on whether these changes still need to be made to your permit
outfalls. Suzanne left in October and wasn't able to accomplish many of these tasks before she did, so we're trying to
figure out where we are with this. Let me know if not, and I'll go through the documents you sent to make the revisions.
Thanks,
Bethany

Thanks for the link to download the proper NPDES SW Summaries. I have made corrections to the Stream Index
Numbers and Waterbody Classifications.
The ones that are significant are the Princeton and Rougemont (N. Durham) quarries because Princeton is not classified
as WS-11, HQW, and Rougemont is. The WS-11, HQW classifications have more restrictive analytical limits than the other
classifications.

Good morning Jack.
The attached documents you completed are for Individual Industrial Stormwater Permits (prefix NCS).
Your permits are General Industrial Permits (NCG prefix), which do not require renewal application forms.
It appears what you may be trying to do are steps 1 and 2 of the eDMR registration process:
https://deg.nc.gov/about/divisions/energy-mineral-and-land-resources/stormwater/stormwater-program/npdes-
industrial
the Gardner site may also need the following.
Request Representative Outfall Status
Complete the Representative Outfall Status (ROS) Request Form. Mail one hard copy of the form and
supporting documents directly to the appropriate Regional Office (see form). In addition, e-mail the form and
supporting documents to Suzanne McCoy. There is no fee for a representative outfall status request.
I have looped in my subject matter experts in case they have something to add.

Suzanne,
When I finally used the proper links for determining the stream classifications, I found that I had misstated some of them
and have attached updates the 4 sites. Different classes have different monitoring requirements, and I want to be sure
our site information is correct. Would you update our information per the attached sheets?
