I was informed by Daniel Boss from NCDEQ to notify you of a spill.
SGL experienced an oil spill into silver creek. SGL was notified of the spill by NCDEQ on 12/31/2022. We have placed a
boom in silver creek and are currently utilizing STAT environmental to contain the spill. Reach out to me if you have any
question 828-925-0572. NRC has been notified as well.
