stonnwater management measures (such as level spreaders, riparian buffers, bioretcntion,
or constructed wetlands) for any additional development on parcels adjacent to this
extension of the thoroughfare. Please be aware that the Town is also currently in the
process ofhveloping and implementing stormwater management requirements as part of

The City of Roanoke Rapids commits to require on -site storniwater managenient
measures (such as lcvel spreaders. bioretention, constnicted wetlands, etc.) for
development within the Phase I section of the proposed Carolina Crossroads Music and
Entertainment District to be served by the proposed water/sewer extension. The City
al-mady requires quantity controls and as stated commits to require the quality measures
described for the subject property.
