CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE
1. OBTAIN PLAN APPROVALS AND ALL APPLICABLE PERMITS. NO LAND
DISTURBING ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING TIMBERING OR DEMOLITION
ACTIVIITIES ARE ALLOWED WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING A SEDIMENT AND
EROSION CONTROL PLAN APPROVAL AND CERTIFICIATE OF COVERAGE.
2. EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL. (E&SC) PERMIT AND CERTIFICATE
OF COVERAGE (00C) MUST RE OBTAINED BEFORE ANY LAND DIST"RBING
ACTIVITIES OCCUR. THE COC MAY BE OBTAINED BY FIWNO CUT THE
ELECTRONIC NOTICE OF INTENT (e-NOI) FORM AT DEQ_NC, )NCG0l.
A COPY OF THE E&SC PERMIT, THE COC, AND A HMD O PY OF THE PLAN
MUST BE KEPT ON SITE, PREFERABLY IN A PERMITS SOS, AND ACCESSIBLE
DURING INSPECTION,

PROJECT SITE FOR MONITORING.
6_ INSTALL SILT FENCE AND FOUR (4) STONE OUTLETS ALONG PEMMETER
AS SNOW ON THE PLANS.
7. INSTALL TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCES.
8. INSTALL TH E 3 _0'FT. HIGH DIVERSION BERM AS SHOWN ON PLAIN. PRIOR TO
EXCAVATION FIELD VERIFY EXISTING SEPTIC FIELD LOCATION. INSTALL
TEMPORARY bIVERSION LINER CONSISTINC OF STRAW WITH NETTING.
9, BEGIN CLEARINGfGRUBBINC AND ROUGH GRADIING OF S[TE
10PROVIDE GROUND COVER IN TIME FRAMES SHOWN ON G`iROUND
STABILIZATION TABLE.
11. COMPLETE FINE GRADING OF PARKING AREA AND PROVIDE PERMANENT
GROUND COVER AS PER VEGETATION PLAN AND PARKING LOT REQUIREMENT .
12, PERIMETER MEASURES MUST BE LEFT IN PLACE UNTIL ALL UPLAND
AREAS ARE PERMANENTLY STABILIZED, AFTER THE SITE IS PERMANENTLY
STABILIZED, REMOVIF ALL TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL MEASURES
AND PROVIDE PERMANENT SEEDING WHERE TEMPO RARYMEASURES HAVE
BEEN REMOVED AND GROUNI) COVER IS NOT ADEQUATE_ ALL MEASURES
MUST BE REMOVED AND RESULTING BARE AREAS STABILIZED BEFORF

1S.WHEN THE PROJECT IS COMPLETE, THE PERMITTEE SHALL CONTACT
DEMLR TO CLOSE OUT THE E& O PLAN. AFTER DEMLR INFORMS THE
PERUr TEE OF THE PROJECT CLOSE OUT, VIA INSPECTION REPORT,
THE PERMITTEE SHALL VISIT DEC -NC _GOV CG01 TO SUBMIT AN
ELECTRONIC NOTICE OF TERMINATION (E-NOT). A$'.00 ANNUAL GENERAL
PERMIT FEE WILL BE C14ARGED UNTIL THE E-NOT HAS BEEN FILLI=D OUT..
