Dear Mr. Weaver:
Enclosed please find two (2) sets of revised plans for the Chick-fil-A Project for Plan Revision
Approval. Included is a copy of page 2, Form SWU-101 with revised area calculations. The plan
change is very minor and involves the addition of a Handicap Accessible sidewalk across the site
which increased the impervious area by 749 sgft.

Would like to know the procedure and time impact to make the minor change to the previously approved plan
by adding a small sidewalk for an accessible route to the public sidewalk. I have included PDF files of the
original design and one of the proposed changes. Please let us know at your earliest convenience. Our
original permit number is sw8 050416. Our site is well below the 80% coverage criteria (original design was at
60.9%), even with the sidewalk addition. The drainage area in questions goes to Pond V.
