Amendment Request for Project #14 -0838, Lot #2 off Summer Haven Lane (Tax PIN 15026409) Authorization of Neuse River Buffer Rule (15A NCAC 02B 0259) Authorization Certificate and Session law 2011 -392 Dear Mr. Scarbraugh Please accept this letter as a request to amend the subject project As you know, the previous authorization granted a section of elevated open slated deck and steps with an impact of approximately 90 sq. ft. to Zone 2 of the protected riparian buffer The original request of August 7, 2014 was based on a set of incomplete plans I apologize for this oversight. As you recall, the need for this impact is caused by the placement of the on -sight sewerage system as directed by the Beaufort County Health Department There has been no change in the directed placement of the sewerage system Please note in the attached plan sheet and calculation page the additional impact requested is 254 sq. ft.
