Thanks for your quick response. I took some pics of the tree I'm talking about. It is a pine tree and all foliage is gone and bark is falling off
the tree. The tree guy today said it's definitely dead. Once this tree is removed I will definitely plant a tree in it's place. I like trees and am
bummed this one is dead but don't want it falling on the house or anybody in the future..
