Good morning Robert, Your name was mentioned in the email below as someone I could reach out to regarding the address highlighted below. Can you help me with set back requirements for this address? Thanks for your time. Carol, Good morning. This lot does not have any planning/zoning-imposed setbacks. But there will be setbacks required by building code, I believe its 6 feet between structures and somewhere between 3 or 5 feet off of the property line. I would contact our building inspections department for more details. Looking at where the structure is at, the ditch behind the property may be a blueline stream. Those classifications are handled by NCDENR, and I would contact Robert Tankard @ robert.tankard@ncdenr.gov. If it is a blue line, there may be 50-foot buffer from that ditch. Do you have any more addresses you would like us to look up for you? If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. CAUTION: This email originated from outside the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. I spotted your email on the county website and was hoping that you could help me. I work for a company that exclusively works for Rebuild NC, which help applicants that had their mobile homes damage or destroyed during Hurricanes Matthew or Florence. Governor Cooper has encouraged counties and cities to work with us to get these applicants into the new MHU provided through FEMA as quickly as possible. My question to you is what are the setback requirements for mobile home units? I have included an address above which is in your jurisdiction, but we anticipate other applicants soon. I appreciate your time.
