We have also attached the permit and a map showing the new buffer impact. The change in the impact is due to a realignment of a sanitary sewer, a property owner did not want the impact of the original alignment across their property. This activity will occur in a sanitary sewer easement that has not been maintained in the last 10 years. The following buffer impacts have changed with a new realignment of the sewer and map i5 attached.
