Applicant: 2001 Front Street Dock Assn., Inc.
Project Location: Carteret County, at 2001 Front Street, along the north side of Taylors Creek,
in the Town of Beaufort.
Proposed Project: Proposes the construction of a shared 6 -slip docking facility which includes all
associated infrastructure (pier, platforms, finger piers and boatlifts). The pier
would remain within an easement area and a portion of the dock access would
bridge over a navigable channel within an unnamed natural tributary that
connects to Taylors Creek.
