Division of Water Resources' Central and Regional staff has reviewed the application package
received August 24, 2022. However, additional information is required before the review may be
completed. Please address the items on the attached pages no later than the close of business on November
28, 2022.
Please be aware that you are responsible for meeting all requirements set forth in North Carolina
rules and regulations. Any oversights that occurred in the review of the subject application package are
still the Applicant's responsibility. In addition, any omissions made in responding to the outstanding items
in Sections A through E, or failure to provide the additional information on or before the above requested
date may result in your application being returned as incomplete pursuant to 15A NCAC 02T .0107(e)(2).
Please reference the subject application number when providing the requested information. All
revised and/or additional documentation shall be signed, sealed and dated (where needed), with an

A. Reclaimed Water Distribution Lines Application ( Form: RWDL 06-16):

B. Property Ownership Documentation:
According to the Chatham County GIS Application, the current owner of the property differs from
the entity included within the Chatham Park — Section 6.2 Phase lA RWDL Application. Per [I 5A
NCAC 02U .0201(e)], documentation of ownership, lease, and/or easements shall be included
within the permit application. Alternately, an agreement explicitly giving the Town of Pittsboro
authority to apply for the construction of the reclaimed water distribution line on behalf of the
owner (Chatham Park Investors LLC) shall be sufficient.
C. Engineering Plans:
1. Per [15A NCAC 02U .0201(c)(1)], engineering plans for the entire system shall be provided. The
resolution of the engineering plans provided makes features difficult or impossible to distinguish.
Please resubmit a higher resolution set of plans that illustrate the entire system.
2. Additionally, no profile views for the planned reclaimed water lines have been provided. These
engineering plans shall be provided within the permit application.
