Attached is the SFAM site plan showing the stream and wetland buffers you requested.
Sue/Lyle,
The site plan illustrates the culvert that will be installed in WL 2200 to keep it connected to the offsite receiving
waters. This culvert goes east out of the wetland then north to the receiving drainage. I believe that you all
have everything you need in order to issue the 401 and 404.

As we also discussed Sue needs confirmation that you have accepted our stream delineation for buffer
implementation?
Sue needs to issue the 401 water quality certification before Lyle can issue the 404 permit approval.

I believe once DJ confirms that he concurs with our delineation the only remaining item you need is an updated
impact map showing the culvert from WL 2200 to the offsite receiving wetland.

Good morning! I am following up from our conversation last week. Per your request attached is our
delineation map with Archdale buffers around the one stream and four wetlands in the Northern portion of the
project. We included buffers around the wetlands however I do not think those are required. I asked Matt
Kiker to send you a site plan with these buffers included as well. This project will not require any disturbances
to the stream buffers, and I do not think the grading from the SCM will occur within 100' of the nearest
wetland. Will you please respond to this group email so that Sue knows you and I are handling any required
stream buffer approvals? Thanks!
