Inspection Summary:
Site visit in response to NOI submittal for coverage under NCG210000. Met with Tyler Fuller, General Manager, and Dale
Dixon, Operations Manager. Reviewed and verified information provided on the NOI application form and the site layout.
Provided a general overview of the NCG210000 permit condiitons including the development/implementation of a SWPPP,
annual review/update requirements, and stormwater discharge monitoring schedule. Per facility contacts, there will be no
accumulations of sawdust, wood chips, bark, mulch, etc. retained onsite for more than seven days. Some material will be
placed in dumpsters, which will be hauled away twice weekly. Therefore, analytical monitoring will not be triggered.
Regarding the three outfalls identified on the NOI and site layout, outfall 003 appears to only receive flow from the employee
parking area.
There are no objections to issuance of coverage under the NCG210000 General Permit.
