Subject:Approval of Flow Allocation for the PWC Cross Creek and Rockfish Creek Water
Reclamation Facility
Dear Mrs. Manning:
In accordance with your request received on December 5, 2022, for the allocation of flow for
the Rockfish Creek WRF, we are forwarding herewith approval of 500,000 gallons for the 2023
calendar year. In addition, we approve the allocation request of 150,000 gallons for the 2023
calendar year for the Cross Creek WRF.
We ask that the monthly spreadsheet indicating the permit number, project name, amount of
flow permitted, remaining allocation, where the flow will be treated, and the cumulative flow
allocated from each plant continue to be submitted to Trent Allen of this office. Additionally,
the quarterly report should continue to be submitted to Mike Montebello with the Municipal
Permitting Unit at 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1617 and copied to this office.
