The population of the aairy was reduced to under 100 cows on

remain that way under my ownership. It is my intention to
eventually close the structure to NRCS standards. I understand
that if the dairy is restarted, I will be required to apply for a new
permit through the Animal Feeding Operations Program prior to
operating.
