D. Impact Justification and Mitigation
1 Avoidance and Minimization
la Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing project
The septic system has been placed as far away from the wetlands as possible and a bed septic system will be used which
reduces the size of the drainfield by 50% which minimzes the impacts to wetlands
1b Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques
The drainfield construction is a bed system which reduces space and therefore the setbacks to the wetlands The house will
be constructed as close as possible to the drainfield
