Per your request, I am writing to respond to your Notice of Violation I received electronically
Monday October 6, 2014. In addition to your letter, I received a letter from Daniel Sams, PE of
the Land Quality Section. I met Van Narron, my infrastructure contractor, on site Wednesday
October 8t" and reviewed both list with him. They started work on site with a small crew that
day and brought a much larger crew in the following day to perform the hand work.
The explanation for the impacts is primarily the enormous amount of rain that occurred right
after the infrastructure work had taken place. In addition, we determined that one of the ponds
needed to be doubled in size to avoid problems in the future and that was completed.
The wetland impacts were removed by hand Thursday October 9th. Going forward we are
pushing start construction to complete the project over the next month.
