RE: Storm water resubmittal, Collier Gate Estates Subdivision (SW6220702), Cumberland
County, North Carolina
Jim;
We are submitting revisions to the storm water applhcation package for Collier Gate
Estates Subdivision per the review comments dated December 6. The following changes
were made:
• The swale information listed has been revised to the permanent condition and
not the temporary lining.
• Slope for ditch #2 has been revised for the supplement to match the
calculations.
• Ditch #32 is the portion of the ditch that has a 2' bottom width and is lined with
rip rap. Ditch #33 is upstream of ditch #32 and doesn't have any bottom width.
Ditch #33 is temporarily lined with S75 EC matting. You will notice the flow
between both ditches is almost identical. The ditch data in the supplement form
has been revised to reflect the flows over the rip rap since the rip rap lining will
be permanent.
A hardcopy of the revised pages are enclosed. There were no changes required to the
construction drawings. The revisions have been uploaded to the website. I look forward
to working with you on this project. If you have any questions or concerns, please
contact me at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely,
