The above described real property was previously conveyed to JA Pittman and "his
chl*ldren", namely, Miriam P. Ring, his only child. Deed recorded i*n Book 360, Page
609, Harnett County Registry. JA Pittman. aka Karnes A. Pittman died on or about
November 29, 1996, Estate File No. 97E 46 and devised all real property to his wife,
Sylvia P. Pittman, who survived him. Sylvia P. Pittman died on or about March 121.,
2004, Estate File No. 04E 000261 and devised all real property to her only child,
Miriam P. Ring.
