Aqua North Carolina, Inc. (Aqua) offers the following response to the above -referenced Notice of Violation
and Intent to Assess Civil Penalty, which was issued for Chloride (as CI) (00940), and Solids total
Dissolved-180 Deg. C (70300) parameter missing found in April 2022 Non -Discharge Monitoring Report.
Aqua's Response:
Chloride (as CI) (00940), and Solids total Dissolved-180 Deg. C (70300) parameter missing found in
April 2022 Non -Discharge MonitoringReport were r. corded at the correct time and interval. The ORC
of the facility inadvertently deleted the column on the NDMR form that contained this information
before submittal. A copy of the amended NDMR is attached and a hard copy is being mailed to your
attention.
