The nationwide permit is for the driveway crossing from Carotank Drive into the property. This would require the filling of 625 SF of section 404 wetlands. 41. Silt fencing will be used to contain all fill. All material will be graded in a way to not promote erosion. Once material is in place, all fill will be seeded and stabilized. 5.
