The site currently consists of a gravel parking lot. Adjacent properties include a school, single family residences, commercial properties, and undeveloped uplands and wetlands.

The proposed project consists on the construction of a new school house and associated septic system and parking. The nationwide permit is for the driveway crossing from Carotank
Drive into the property. This would require the filling of 625 SF of section 404 wetlands.

Dumptrucks and skid steers will be used to place fill material for the proposed driveway. Silt fencing will be used to contain all fill. All material will be graded in a way to not promote
erosion. Once material is in place, all fill will be seeded and stabilized.
