I was informed by Camden at Wildlands that we will need to have the 401 for this project modified to include all three
mitigation sites under the Falling Creek Bank (i.e., Falling Creek, Grantham Branch, and McClenny Acres 11). 1 was not
aware it had to be that specific. Camden said, "We have three mitigation banks within the Neuse 01. Although they are
all under the "Falling Creek bank" it will need to include Falling Creek, Grantham Branch, and McClenny Acres sites.
These credits will be coming from multiple sites as opposed to just one."
I've included the SOA and the 401 for your convenience.
