Inspection Summary:
Routine compliance inspection with Patrick Mullaly present; his assistance during the visit is appreciated. System remains
in non-compliance with permit WQCSD0523 due to remaining deficiencies as identified in the previous inspection of the
treatment facility (permit NC0036676 on 6/22/22). A list of work to be performed to address the deficiencies was provided
during this inspection. A follow-up visit will be planned for early 2023. Please see additional comments under each section
of this report and address as needed.
