System remains in non-compliance with permit WQCSD0523 due to remaining deficiencies as identified in the previous inspection of the treatment facility (permit NC0036676 on 6/22/22). A list of work to be performed to address the deficiencies was provided during this inspection. A follow-up visit will be planned for early 2023.
